Junior Suite

For a shared experience, with plenty of privacy. Our Junior Suites consist of two spacious double rooms with an interconnecting door. Each room has its own private en-suite bathroom (haridryer and toiletries included), TV Wi-Fi and a balcony from one room.

Rates and payment:
Rates are per person per night, based on a minimum stay of 3 nights, and do not include the local tourist tax of €3.00 per night for every guest aged 14 years and over. The full booking price is also charged in the event of early departure.
*Family Suite: a supplement of €20 per person per night applies for 2-people occupancy.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (Standard rooms only), at a supplement of €10 per night (food excluded).

Arriving by train? We’re more than happy to pick you up from Niederdorf railway station.
Cancellation policy
Having to cancel a holiday is always unpleasant – for both you and us. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know in writing. Depending on the season, cancellation fees may apply as detailed below:
Bookings made for July, August, Christmas, New Year and Carnival
- Cancellations made 60 or more days before arrival date: we refund your deposit, minus a €10 fee for bank expenses
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival date: we charge a €100 fee per room
- Cancellations made 15 or more days before arrival date: we charge 30% of the booking price
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival date: we charge 80% of the booking price
- Cancellations made later than 7 days before arrival: we charge the booking price in full
- Late arrival or early departure: we charge the booking price in full
- No-show or no cancellation: we charge the booking price in full
Bookings made for any other time of the year:
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival date: we refund your deposit, minus a €5 fee for bank expenses
- Cancellations made 15 or more days before arrival date: we charge a €100 fee per room
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival date: we charge 30% of the booking price
- Cancellations made later than 7 days before arrival: we charge 80% of the booking price
- Late arrival or early departure: we charge 80% of the booking price
- No-show or no cancellation: we charge the booking price in full
Our cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are subsequently booked by other guests for the same period or part of it.
