Drei Zinnen Dolomites and
the Helm ski area

Take the ski lift to the top of Mt. Helm, Mt. Rotwand or Stiergarten before carving your way back down the mountain. The Drei Zinnen and Helm ski area comprise 63 km of slopes – blue, red and black – including the Hochpustertal valley’s longest downhill run.

Tailored to the needs of families, comprising five ski slopes, a nursery slope and a toboggan run, the Haunold ski area is simple to navigate making it perfect for children. Plus, the chairlift is conveniently located at the centre of Innichen.

The Kronplatz ski resort

Attracting skiers from all over the world with slopes spanning 200 km, ranging from beginner runs to steep Black Five, it’s no surprise Kronplatz is South Tyrol’s Nr. 1 ski resort. Making the experience even more spectacular is the expansive panoramic view of the Dolomite peaks.

Away from the busy runs of the main ski resorts, these sunny and well-marked slopes are designed with children and beginners in mind to provide a safe and fun learning environment. Try the Sunnleitn ski slope in Braies, the Rienz ski slope in Toblach and the Taisten ski slope.

The slopes at your fingertips

A holiday should be simple, and at Weiherbad, simple is exactly what it will be; the bus runs every hour and takes you near to the Haunold ski area near Innichen (20 minute trip) and also does the train to the Helm ski area in the Drei Zinnen ski resort (20 minute trip), and every thirty minutes to the Kronplatz ski resort (28 minute trip). This service is free for Guest Pass holders. As they say, let the train take the strain!
